   Grain Markets Mostly Lower, Trading Quietly With Little New Fundamental News


   May corn is down 1 cent per bushel, May soybeans are down 1/4 cent, May KC
wheat is down 6 3/4 cents, May Chicago wheat is down 1 1/2 cents and May
Minneapolis wheat is down 4 3/4 cents.

   EARLY MORNING GLOBEX NET CHANGES: May corn is down 1 cent per bushel, May
soybeans are down 1/4 cent, May KC wheat is down 6 3/4 cents, May Chicago wheat
is down 1 1/2 cents and May Minneapolis wheat is down 4 3/4 cents.

   CME GLOBEX RECAP: World equity markets are mostly lower Wednesday morning as
U.S. markets continue to slide, and traders are waiting patiently to hear from
Federal Reserve Chairman Powell for clues to the next move on interest rates.
Traders are not expecting any interest rate changes from Wednesday's meeting.
This week's data has been mixed so far, with Monday's retail sales
disappointing, but Tuesday's housing starts and industrial production numbers
better than expected. There are no major reports Wednesday other than the
decision from the Federal Reserve.

   OUTSIDE MARKETS: Previous closes Tuesday showed the Dow Jones Industrial
Average down 260.32 at 41,581.31 and the S&P 500 down 60.46 at 5,614.66. The
10-Year Treasury yield ended at 4.281%. Early Wednesday, the March Dow Jones
Futures are up 58 points. European markets are mixed with the spot futures of
London's FTSE 100 trading down 0.08%, spot futures of Germany's DAX is trading
down 0.19% and the spot futures of France's CAC 40 Index up 0.47%. Asian
markets are lower with Japan's Nikkei 225 Index down 0.25% and China's Shanghai
Composite Index down 0.1%.
